Claims Connection Group (CCG) was born out of firsthand experience with the chaos of storm recovery. Our founder, Mark Murphy, has worn nearly every hat in the industry—starting as a roofer, moving into sales, owning a contracting company, working as an independent adjuster, and later building two successful businesses: an estimating company and a construction site clean-up company. Both continue to fuel and support CCG’s mission today.
After decades in the field, Mark saw the same challenges repeat: homeowners left in the dark, contractors drowning in paperwork, agents struggling to keep clients happy, and carriers bogged down by slow, manual processes.
